The online calculator

Calculation inputs stay in your browser and are not submitted to our event database. We record a random session identifier, a short campaign source tag, event type and timestamp for page visits, calculator use, product questions and purchase intent. These measure product usage; they do not prove a purchase. Hosting providers may maintain operational logs.

The downloadable app

Version 1 is a self-contained HTML file. It stores jobs in browser local storage and has no analytics or network calls. Data does not sync across devices. Clearing browser data can erase it. Export backups and avoid storing unnecessary personal information.

Payments and purchase records

When enabled, Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment information. This site does not receive card numbers. The order ledger stores payment identifiers, amount, known fees, refunds, source and timestamps. The private purchase confirmation link grants access to a verified download; do not share it.

License and support

The planned $19 purchase licenses version 1 to one business for its own use. No resale or redistribution. No subscription or guaranteed future updates. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the tool is unsuitable; email support@simplae.com with your receipt. Requests are reviewed individually. Sales are currently disabled.

Scope

This tool estimates costs using numbers you supply. It does not guarantee profit, bookings or market acceptance, and it does not calculate tax or replace accounting records. Turnover Ledger is not affiliated with Airbnb or Turno.

Contact and retention

For support, purchase questions or privacy requests: support@simplae.com. Anonymous usage records are retained for up to 90 days for experiment analysis. Purchase and business records are kept as needed for support and accounting. No customer data is sold or used for third-party advertising.
